atvari joins the Rust Commercial Network

🦀 atvari GmbH is now a member of the Rust Commercial Network (RCN).

The RCN is a collective, hosted by the Rust Foundation, that gives companies building on Rust a direct line to the people building the language, and gives Rust Project developers real insight into the challenges industrial users face. It brings together organizations of very different sizes, from AWS, Google, and Microsoft down to small specialist consultancies, plus individual contributors, all working through topic-specific groups toward the same goal: making Rust easier to adopt and maintain in production.

That mission lines up directly with what we do at atvari. We're a European company offering consulting and contracting, specializing in Rust and Nix / NixOS, and our team has hands-on experience running Rust in production. Joining the RCN means we can help push that experience back into the ecosystem, alongside 75+ organizations and 100+ individuals doing the same.

What the network works on:

• Direct feedback channels between commercial Rust users and Rust Project maintainers
• Working groups tackling shared adoption and maintenance challenges
• Funding and support directed toward Rust maintainers
• Shared standards and best practices for running Rust in production
